Background
James G. Clark is a lifelong resident of Utah County. He has spent most of his career in Provo, representing the people of Utah County in State and Federal Courts.
Having Graduated Cum Laude from the University of Utah in 1979, Jim went on to study law at Southwestern University in Los Angeles California, there receiving his juris doctor in 1981.
Jim received his license to practice law in Utah in 1982 and has maintained active status with the Utah Bar since then. He is admitted to practice in all State Trial and Appelate Courts, as well as U.S. District Courts.
He is a current or past member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, ATLA, UTLA, CTLA, and American Inns of Court I.
